Hello!
Thank you all for your patience, and all of the energy and enthusiasm each student put into their auditions! We did NOT have an easy decision to make. Here is the cast list for this winter's production of Beauty and the Beast, Jr. Any student who's name is on this chart is in the show.

If you do NOT see your name on this chart, we are extremely sorry, but unfortunately, you are not part of the cast for this show. Picking students is NOT an easy decision for us, and if we could, every single student would be in the cast, however we need to have a limit based on safety, ratios of staff to students, number of people we can realistically costume and choreograph, etc. Decisions around who to cast were based on scoring from the variety of panelists who were part of our auditions, as well as student availability and potential conflicts. Please know that every single person who tried out gave their best shot. We encourage students who were not cast to consider signing up for a crew, once that information comes out, or looking ahead to our spring show.
FOR THE STUDENTS WHO WERE CAST and their FAMILIES, IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT THAT YOU COMPLETE THIS FORM! It includes details about rehearsals, performances, behavior expectations, family volunteer contributions, and more. Completion of this form is your way of "accepting" your role. Families have until 5pm on Wednesday October 15th to finish this form. ONE FORM is DUE per ACTOR.

There will be a school fee associated with participation in the musical as an actor, usually about $45 dollars, but the cost is waived for students who receive educational benefits (free/reduced lunch). I hope to have more information about registration at the school level by the first day of rehearsal on October 20th.
On October 20th, we will be having a pizza dinner for the actors during the parent/guardian meeting from 6-7. Please venmo nina-jonson (my photo is sideways, last 4 digits 0442) at least $5 to cover dinner for your child. Put "Pizza, Child's Name" as the memo. If your child has a dietary need, please put "Pizza, Cora, GF" or "Pizza, Harper, no cheese" so I know.
Thank you so much to every single person. Congratulations to all of the students for trying out, and congratulations to our cast. We are looking forward to a great show!
Warmly,
Nina Jonson, Director
Clarissa Geske, Vocal Director
Jacob Haen, Choreographer
